After we spent a day at the Silom Cooking School in Thailand, food just couldn't compare to the delicious, rich, flavorful dished we prepared. Beginning at the market with Chef Goohn was a treat and we quickly learned what all of the foods we had been eating were called in English - it was fantastic. I will post in detail later with recipes and video, for now, as I prepare to leave for the airport to return to the United States, I wanted to post a few pictures to whet your appetite...bon appetite...bringing food and travel from my table to yours...enjoy!
